Book
Choose your dress and your dates. Rentals run from 3 nights to 1 month.
Receive
Either collect from Chelsea SW3, or we'll ship it to your door.
Return
Either drop it back in Chelsea, or we'll come and collect it from you.

Size
We unfortunately don't have different sizes for each dress since the dresses are pre-owned, so what you see in the collection page is what we have.
Pricing
Rentals are priced at 5% of the retail price per night + £22 dry cleaning.
Dry Cleaning
A flat £22 dry cleaning fee is included in every rental — we take care of it after every return, so you don't have to do a thing. For sequin, pleated, or embellished dresses, the fee may be slightly higher — we'll specify this on the individual dress listing.
Shipping
Delivery & collection is available UK-wide for a flat £12 fee. We ship via DPD with full tracking and a one-hour delivery window. We arrange collection — you don't need to post anything back.
Collection & Returns in Person
Want to collect or return in person? Only available Monday – Thursday in Chelsea.
Booking
Once you send a booking request through the website, we'll respond within 24 hours via email to confirm availability and arrange payment via bank transfer or Revolut/Monzo. Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
Can I Cancel a Booking?
You can cancel up to 5 days before your rental date for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 5-day window are non-refundable, but the amount will be kept as credit to put towards a future rental.
How Payment Works
Payment is arranged directly with us via email after your booking request is confirmed. We accept bank transfer, Revolut, or Monzo. Full payment is required upfront to secure your dates — once received, your booking is confirmed and the dress is yours for the rental period.
Damage
Any specialist dry cleaning or repair required beyond normal wear will be charged accordingly. In the event of irreparable damage or loss, the full original purchase price of the dress applies.
Late Returns
A fee of £50 per day applies for any late returns.
